Contracts for Pest Control
Standard Rodent Control Contract
The standard contract is the first line of defence for a wide range of businesses:-
Food outlets, hotels, pubs, restaurants, farms, shops, factories, offices.
This normally entails 8 visits & inspections per year and any treatments needed to control the pest. Additionally should there be any re-infestation between routine visits, additional treatment visit(s) will be made Free of Charge.
The purpose of 8 visits per year is to cut short the rodent 8-weekly lifecycle.
Variations on the theme
Should rodent infestation be light, it may be possible to offer 4 or 6 visits per annum (with extra call-out charged).
Should infestation be heavy, contracts for 12 or even 24 visits per annum may be required.
Contracts for Insects
Food premises in particular may risk attracting ants, cockroaches, and moths etc. In some offices fleas are a regularly identified problem. Contracts can incorporate monitoring and include regular treatments depending upon an assessment of risk. These are usually incorporated into a rodent control contract.
Contracts that include Electric Flykillers
Most commercial food outlets will need Electric Flykillers to meet Environmental Health standards. These can be supplied, cleaned and maintained with an appropriate number of inspections depending on need (normally 2 or 4 times annually, include lamp change etc.).
Additional Pests
Additional Pests such as Wasps, Clusterflies etc. can be treated extra to the contract.
Inspection & Treatment Records
A Pest Control Site Register is provided and left on site. It includes the following:-
- Inspection & Treatment Reports from each visit
- Emergency Contact details
- COSHH & Risk Assessments
